Light gauge steel villa is a kind of custom-made Modular /Mobile/Prefab/Prefabricated House; Its bearing system is light gauge steel structure, it can reach beautiful shape according to design and clients' requirement. Maintenance system could be sandwich panel or other compound material. Commonly, its outside decoration material is different color and shape PVC or metal cladding, indoor adopts gypsum board decoration to reach same performance with concrete building.

House Body-maintenance system:

2) Roof panel: Color steel corrugated sandwich panel, the insulation could be EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU. Standard thickness: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm.
3) Decoration: Outside PVC or metal cladding panel, inside gypsum board with keel.
3) Door: Entrance door could be steel security door or aluminum door, interior doors could be steel frame sandwich panel door or compound wooden door.
4) Window: PVC or aluminum alloy window with screen, sliding or casement type.

Container loading:
1) All components are finished in our factory, then loading in container.
2) Every 40ft sea container can load 150-180 Sqm house.
Installation:
1) Clients need to do foundation after the order, based on our foundation drawing.
2) After container arrives on site, unload the goods, and assemble onsite. We provide assemble drawing.
3) We provide supervisor for extra charge if need.
4) Installation efficiency: About four skilled labors can assemble 40 sqm house in 8 hours without accessories.
